This is my fortune cookie project. My fortune I received was "Accept Yourself." I made a hand held mirror which was originally was suppose to hold a broken mirror to tell others that it doesn't matter what they look like. I did this project because I myself have struggled with my looks and I think the way this project was brought up hit that point. (If I had the mirror.)
Some of the problems I faced during this project was finding the mirror. I was hoping that before the end of the year I could get it, but its not the end yet! If I can find a mirror before Monday then I will defiantly finish for my benefit and yours! I also think the handle gave me some problems during the clay part! It kept falling off and it wasn't straight. But I realized that if I put my best effort then it didn't matter if it was perfect! I put forth a lot of hard work in this project and because of that I find this project a success and beautiful!
I am very happy with this project because of the hard work I put into it. It turned out great and very nicely looking. Unfortunately its not completely finished which is a bummer! I love this project and its message and I'm so glad I did it!
